1000-1630 - 10 : 00AM -4 : 30PM

1630-2300 - 4 : 30PM - 11 : 00PM

$18.00 Per Hour

Position Summary :

The Security Guard is responsible for performing licensed security guarding duties to ensure the safety and security of assigned client location, its visitors, guests, residents and their property.

The role will entail securing the parking lot as well as inside the building. You will rotate responsibilities.

Officers will patrol the parking lot to watch for any loitering or suspicious activity.

Essential Job Responsibilities :

• Performs regular onsite security checks to ensure that security guards on post assignment are performing the required tasks and functions, providing assistance when needed
• Responds swiftly to breach alerts reported by security guard staff on duty per applicable methods
• Oversees the company scheduling platform to confirm "clock-ins / clock-outs" are being completed for each scheduled shift per company protocol
• Responds to escalated situation alerts from security guard team with professionalism and expediency according to company protocol
• Mentors and supports security guard team in their efforts to meet contractual obligations and exceed client expectations
• Follows procedures for fire prevention, property patrol, and incident reporting
• Adheres to all Company service and operating standards
• Additional tasks as needed

Qualifications / Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of security guard experience
• Valid Drivers License
• Access Control experience
• Exceptional work ethic
